Ah, Nostalgia.
I'm sure everyone has a movie that they watched over and over again as a child. For me, it was the Great Chipmunk adventure. I loved that show, and would beg my mom to rent it from the library over and over again, and then I would watch it as much as possible while it was rented. I had a book on tape version that I would listen to constantly. I loved that show so much.
You know how sometimes you watch a show you loved as a kid, only to realize it wasn't as good as you thought?
Well, not in this case. I watched The Great Chipmunk adventure again just barely, and it did not disappoint. For being made in the 80s, the animation was really good. The songs were catchy, and the plot was still doable. I loved watching it again just as much as a child.
For those of you who don't know what the Great Chipmunk Adventure is, it's an Alvin and the Chipmunk movie, back when they were first created. It also had the Chippettes, who were and still are my favorites. It is an adorable movie, and if you ever want to kill an hour and 12 minutes, I would definitely recommend you watch it!

For me, that movie is Lion King 2. I just love Kiara to pieces. Kovu is adorabru. And Zira has to be one of the coolest villains EVER. I mean, seriously, her lullaby was just... I have no words that can describe it. Oh my. Fun villains. Although Lilo and Stitch is a close second. And yes, the Chippettes are cute!
